Carlos started the Venture Debt vertical at Inveready and has led more than 20 transactions, notably iSalud, Respiro, Parclick, Kubi Wireless, eDiagnostic, Odilo, BIlua, World Mastery, Top Doctors or Digital Legends.

He is also in charge of the investment in quoted companies in growth companies through the use of hybrid instruments and middle market Private Equity in GAEA Inversion.

Carlos has a broad experience in principal investing – having worked in Impala Capital Partners and Corsabe Capital– as well as in structured financed– being part of the Structured Finance team BNP Paribas in Paris.

The combination of both enables him to design crafted financing solutions for growth stage companies.

Carlos has also worked in JP Morgan’s Equity Capital Markets department in London, and in the M&A team of UBS in New York. He holds an MBA from IESE.
