Alec Somers

Alec joined Inverness Graham in 2022. His responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions, and providing post investment support for a number of Inverness Graham’s current portfolio companies.

Alec joined Inverness Graham from TruArc Partners where he first joined in 2019 and most recently worked as a Senior Associate. His responsibilities included sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence and financing, and working with management teams post-acquisition. Previously Alec was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Global Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group.
