Skylar Bisom-Rapp

Skylar Bisom-Rapp, AICP, serves as the Director of Operations at Inversion Design Build since January 2025, focusing on affordable ownership opportunities in Central Washington. Prior experience includes various roles at Practice for Architecture and Urbanism (PAU) from November 2015 to December 2024, including Associate Principal, Senior Associate, Senior Strategist, and Strategic Analyst. Skylar contributed to academia as an Adjunct Associate at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation from September 2016 to December 2019, engaging in teaching and coursework development. Earlier roles included Graduate Researcher and Glascock and van Beuren Research Fellow at The Center for Urban Real Estate, Design Associate at The Urban Landscape Lab, and internships and research positions at various organizations, including Pollen Architecture & Design and Estudio Teddy Cruz. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
