Mark Lawson

Mark Lawson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark is currently the Head of Carbon Acquisition at Invert Inc. Mark previously served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Twenty20 Energy and as the Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Cybin Inc. Mark also held the role of Managing Partner at Four Paths Partners, where they provided principal investing and investment banking advisory solutions in the Energy, Renewables, and Technology sectors. Mark conceptualized and co-founded Afrique Energie Corp., a West African oil and gas company, and served as its President and Director. Mark began their career at Morgan Stanley as a VP in Investment Banking, working on transactions in M&A, energy, telecom, and healthcare services.

Mark Lawson completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Statistics from Western University, starting in 1991 and finishing in 1995. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Western University, which they completed in 2005.
