Peter Popplewell

Peter Popplewell has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Peter is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BC Biocarbon, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Carbon Technology at Invert Inc. starting in June 2021.

Peter's previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Canopy Growth Corporation from December 2017 to September 2020. During their time at Canopy Growth, they led a team of engineers and technicians in developing the world's first UL-8139 safety certified line of vaporizers for cannabis concentrates.

Before their role at Canopy Growth, Peter worked at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Manager, RFIC Design from October 2008 to December 2017. Peter managed a team of design engineers and was responsible for delivering Bluetooth/WiFi antenna switch and amplifier modules for the company's largest customer.

Prior to joining Skyworks Solutions, Peter worked at Kleer Semiconductor as an RF/Analog Integrated Circuit Designer from April 2004 to September 2008. In this role, they were involved in designing RF front end circuits and solving analog/digital boundary timing issues.

Earlier in their career, Peter worked as an RF/Analog Integrated Circuit Researcher/Designer at Skyworks Solutions from March 2002 to March 2004.
