Ruishen Lyu

Ruishen Lyu has a diverse work experience, starting with an ongoing role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Inverted AI since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BroadbandTV (BBTV) from 2018 to 2021, holding positions such as Backend Software Developer, Research Engineer, and Data Analyst Intern. Before joining BBTV, Ruishen Lyu worked as an Engineering Physics Intern at Quantum Technology Corp. for six months in 2016.

Ruishen Lyu attended The University of British Columbia from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Physics. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications, including a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera, which they completed in May 2018. They also completed the Sequence Models course, Neural Networks and Deep Learning course, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization course, Managing Data Analysis course, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects course, all from Coursera, in August 2017. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in YouTube Channel Growth from Google in August 2018.
