Sujoy Biswas

Sujoy Biswas currently serves as Managing Director at Inverto, a BCG Company, since April 2025. Previously, Sujoy held multiple positions at Kearney from July 2012 to April 2025, including Associate Partner, Principal, Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate. Prior to Kearney, Sujoy was a Graduate Assistant at W. P. Carey School of Business from August 2010 to May 2012 and completed an MBA Supply Chain Internship at Reckitt Benckiser in summer 2011. Sujoy began a career at Tata Consultancy Services from 2004 to 2010 as a Consultant. Sujoy holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from W. P. Carey School of Business — Arizona State University and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kalyani.
