Mark Giuliano

Mark Giuliano is an experienced leader in both the private and public sectors, currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at Invesco Ltd., where responsibilities include oversight of key operational areas such as Security, Technology, and Investment Services. Prior to this role, Mark Giuliano held various prominent positions at the FBI, including Deputy Director, where management encompassed the agency's global operations and a budget of nearly $9 billion. Mark also directed the Atlanta Field Office, overseeing criminal and national security investigations, and contributed to the FBI's national security initiatives as Executive Assistant Director for the National Security Branch. Mark Giuliano earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from The College of Wooster.
