Tracy Dean

Tracy Dean has over 25 years of experience in technology strategy and program management, currently serving as Global Head of Technology Strategy & Engineering Execution and Technology Chief Administrative Officer at Invesco Ltd. since August 2007. Tracy has implemented and led Technology Demand Management and Governance to align the IT portfolio with corporate goals, overseeing detailed planning and governance of IT projects. Prior roles at Invesco US included Program Manager and eBusiness Operations Analyst, where large-scale programs and technology initiatives were managed to enhance eBusiness operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Benefits Consultant at Buck Consultants at Xerox. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Psychology from Texas A&M University.
