Val Wagner

Val Wagner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and data management within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Data Product Owner for Investments at Invesco Ltd. since June 2022, Val focuses on optimizing investments data domains to enhance strategic value and drive business results. Previously, Val was the Managing Partner at Altascien Systems Consulting, where consulting services encompassed business case development and digital platform integration. Val also held significant roles at MSCI Inc. as Managing Director of Services and Solutions, and at Merrill Lynch as Head of Alternative Investments Technology, leading global teams to deliver integrated solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Change Management Executive at Bank of America and managing Global Markets Technology at Bankers Trust. Val holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Philosophy from Yale University.
