Jennifer C. Fine

Jennifer Fine is the current Vice President of Planning and Strategic Initiatives at Invest Atlanta. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in economic development, community development, and planning.

Jennifer began their career as a Community Development Planner with the Northeast Georgia Regional Commission in 1996. In 2000, they became a Principal Planner with the Atlanta Regional Commission. In 2004, they became the Economic Development Director for the City of Roswell, Georgia.

In 2008, Jennifer became the Economic Development Director for the City of East Point. In 2013, they joined Invest Atlanta as the Vice President of Planning and Strategic Initiatives.

Jennifer has a passion for economic development and has been instrumental in helping to revitalize communities in Georgia. Jennifer is a strong advocate for smart growth and sustainable development practices. Jennifer is a respected leader in their field and is recognized for their dedication to their work and their commitment to making a positive impact in the communities they serve.

Jennifer Fine has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Public Administration in Government and Project Management from The University of Georgia. Jennifer also has certification from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs - Main Street Institute in Downtown Revitalization Program Graduate and The Georgia Academy for Economic Development in Regional Economic & Leadership Development Program Graduate.
