Lazerick Russell, MBA, CPSM, is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Invest Atlanta since April 2023, Lazerick previously held the position of Sr. Consultant at HBR Consulting from 2021 to 2023, focusing on operational improvement and innovation. Prior experience includes managing significant sourcing initiatives for the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, both as IT & Services Category Manager and Associate Category Manager, where Lazerick developed and executed procurement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction while minimizing costs. Lazerick's career also includes a role as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at CRH, handling various indirect categories.
