Mai Momani

Mai Momani currently holds the position of Head of Client Experience at Invest Bank P.S.C. since May 2022, previously serving in the same capacity at United Arab Bank from July 2017 to May 2022 where strategies for customer engagement and overall experience were developed. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Service Delivery and Service Delivery Manager at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where team management and service standards implementation were key responsibilities. Mai began a career in customer service quality at Bank of Jordan, taking on roles from Service Quality Officer to Organizational Development Specialist. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Yarmouk University, awarded in 2006.
