Neha Kumar Shah has a diverse work experience. Neha currently holds the position of Maharashtra State's Lead at Invest India, where they play a key role in promoting investment in the state. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Investment Specialist at the Ministry of Defence, DRDO HQ, where they were involved in the Technology Development Fund, supporting Indian entities in developing futuristic technologies with defence applications. Neha also has experience as a Director at Shivinno Industries Private Limited, where they were responsible for directing company operations. Additionally, they served as a Manager AD Sales at PressPlay TV, where they handled end-to-end sales processes and developed new strategies for successful conversions. Neha began their career as a Consultant on the LSE Links Project Placement at Notting Hill Genesis, where they worked on change management and job profile assignments.
