Neeanne Balamiento

Neeanne Balamiento is an accomplished investment manager currently employed at Invest International since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Congress Director at ISOCARP – International Society of City and Regional Planners from May 2019 to January 2022, and as the Deputy Division Chief in the Training and Advocacy Unit at the Philippine Competition Commission from February 2016 to August 2017. Neeanne has also worked as a Technical Assistant to the Economic Planning Minister at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) – Philippines from August 2013 to February 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics of Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2017-2018) and a Master's degree in Development Economics, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Research, both from the University of the Philippines (2011-2013 and 2006-2010, respectively).
