Kerri Farrell

Kerri Farrell currently serves as the Head of Organisational Development at Invest Northern Ireland, leading a team focused on enhancing the employee experience since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kerri was a Project Manager at Warrenpoint Port from March 2021 to March 2023. Kerri’s tenure in the education sector includes various roles at Southern Regional College, such as Head of Estates and Estates Project Manager, from May 2011 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes Project Manager positions at Henderson Group Property and GRAHAM Construction from 2005 to 2009, along with a foundational role as Project Planner. Kerri holds a BSc in Construction Engineering & Management from Ulster University and a NEEBOSH certificate from East Down Institute.
