Paddy has a MSc in Business Improvement from Ulster University, a Diploma in Management of Training & Development from Belfast Metropolitan College, and is a Chartered Member MCIPD with CIPD qualifications. Additionally, Paddy is a NLP Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
