Devan Pennell

Devan Pennell, CPA, CA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee at Invest Ottawa, and as President of Northern Counselling & Therapeutic Services and LKC Consulting Corp., Devan has demonstrated expertise in strategic advising and financial management. Previous positions include Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Flow Alkaline Spring Water, Senior Vice President at HEXO Corp, and Controller at Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group. Devan has also gained valuable experience at EY in risk management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from St. Francis Xavier University and completion of the Queen's Advanced Accounting Program.
