Emily Harper, CHRP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Invest Ottawa, a position held since April 2021, following roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Administrator within the same organization. Prior experience includes a contract position as a Human Resource Client Service Representative at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and a supervisory role in front-of-house operations and HR services at Cafe Whim/Axe & Arrow Gastropub from May 2017 to February 2020. Emily Harper holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism Management, both from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
