Megan Maltby is a seasoned professional in investment and accelerator program management with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Accelerator Programs and Investor Relations at Invest Ottawa since November 2019, Megan conducts research and provides strategic advice on financing for start-ups, while also nurturing relationships with investors. Additionally, Megan is a volunteer Advisory Board Member for the Ottawa Propel Impact Fund, Ottawa’s first youth-led impact investment organization. Previous roles include Manager of Programs & Acceleration at Innovacorp, where Megan managed initiatives to support technology start-ups in Nova Scotia, and various positions at the First Angel Network focusing on development and recruitment within the capital finance community. Megan holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a BA in English from Acadia University.
