Rachael Patraw is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business operations and research management. Currently serving as Business Operations Manager at Invest Ottawa since January 2020, Rachael has held various roles within the organization, including Business Operations Specialist for Area X.O and Business and Operations Administrator. Prior to this, Rachael worked at Partners Capital as Office Manager and HR Administrator, and also gained experience as Front Office Assistant. Earlier in the career, Rachael was the Physiology Core Manager at the Joslin Diabetes Center, where responsibilities included performing complex research procedures, data analysis, and equipment maintenance. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from St. Lawrence University, completed in 2016.
