Alana Donoghue

Alana Donoghue is a Senior Development Manager at Investa, leading the Indi Footscray project, a significant Build-to-Rent development in Melbourne's inner west. With prior experience as a Development Manager and Assistant Development Manager across various organizations, including the Property Council of Australia and Perri Projects, Alana has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, such as the Elwood Foreshore Redevelopment. Alana’s career also includes a role as an Assistant Managing Valuer at Opteon, where expertise in commercial and residential valuations was developed. An active member of the Future Trends and Innovations Committee, Alana is engaged in advancing industry standards and strategies. Alana holds a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate with a focus on Sustainability from Deakin University.
