Felicity Loughrey

Felicity Loughrey is a Property Transformation Analyst and Assistant Property Manager at Investa since December 2021, providing administrative support for two Brisbane CBD assets. Responsibilities include customer-centric tenant relationship management, lease management, managing rent roll and tenant arrears, and collaboration with marketing and social media teams. Felicity contributed to the recognition of 259 Queen Street as the Best Performing Asset in 2022 and 179 Turbot Street as the Most Improved Asset in 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Property Manager at Inner Brisbane Realty, Co-Founder of Summer Stories, and various positions in digital marketing and social media strategy. Felicity is pursuing a degree in Property Economics at QUT and holds a BA in Communications (Hons) from the University of Canberra.
