Rhys Byrne

Rhys Byrne is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Analyst at Investa since December 2023, Byrne previously held the position of Fund Analyst at Charter Hall from January 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing eleven Wholesale Retail funds with over 400 assets and more than $9 billion in gross asset value, focusing on long WALE retail investments. Prior to this, Byrne worked as a Senior Analyst in Research at Cushman & Wakefield from June 2016 to January 2020, providing insights on office leasing and capital markets. Rhys Byrne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance from Macquarie University, completed in 2015.
