Sally Franklin

Sally Franklin is the Chief Operations Officer, Real Estate for Investa and is responsible for the Asset, Property and Facilities Management, Occupant Experience, Capital projects, Building Technology, Sustainability, Environment and Safety functions across the platform.

Sally has over 22 years’ of experience in the commercial property industry and prior to joining Investa in 2007, she was Fund Manager for the MacarthurCook Office Property Trust. Prior to this, Sally held the positions of National Strategy and Planning Manager at Telstra, Property Consultant at Urbis and was a valuer at CB Richard Ellis.

Sally has a Bachelor of Business Degree (Property) from RMIT, an Estate Agents Licence (Victoria and Queensland), has practiced as a qualified AAPI valuer and is currently undertaking her Masters in Finance and International Trade.

Sally has 14 years of service at Investa.
