Xavier Ripart

Xavier RIPART is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Innovation at Investance Partners since April 2016, Xavier leads initiatives focused on digital, regulation, and operational efficiency, particularly in data management, robotics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. Additionally, Xavier is a member of the admission jury at Telecom ParisTech and has contributed to the strategic digital committee for the French government. Previous roles include Business Unit Director at CMS Group, Director of Special Projects at 3S Consulting Group, and Senior Manager at Deloitte France, where key responsibilities spanned project management, organizational diagnostics, and process optimization. Xavier holds an engineering degree from Mines Paris - PSL and has pursued further studies at HEC Paris and the Centre international de formation européenne.
