Tom Aldrich

Tom Aldrich, SPHR, is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Investar Bank. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Teche Federal Bank, Capital One Bank, and Hibernia National Bank in various HR leadership roles. Tom also worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte after earning their M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Tom obtained their B.S. in Management from the same university.
