Heather Matthews

Heather Matthews currently serves as the Director of Strategic Programs at InvestCloud, Inc., since June 2021. In parallel, Matthews has held multiple leadership roles at Agio since October 2013, including Managing Director of Core Platforms, where oversight of core platforms for Sales, Service Delivery, and Customer Success is a key responsibility, and Managing Director of Success Enablement Operations & Agio Academy, focused on improving the client and employee lifecycle through quality assurance processes. Matthews began the career at Reuters as a Sales Specialist and later worked at Roubini Global Economics in a sales role. Education was obtained from Rutgers University.
