Cleo Stead has a diverse range of work experience in content design, copywriting, and UX writing. Cleo has held roles as a Content Design Lead at Investec, where they focused on building and managing the UX copy and content function for various online platforms. Prior to this, they worked as a Copy Lead at Uptime App, where they shaped the brand guidelines and engineered processes for consistent and high-quality copy delivery. Cleo also worked as a Senior UX and Creative Copywriter at Bumble, the parent company of several dating apps. Additionally, they have experience as a UX Copy and Content Lead at Hushkeys, a Merchandising Copywriter at Audible, a Content and UX Writer at Yubl Ltd, a Content Manager and Office Assistant at Digital Animal, and a Freelance Copywriter at WRITE.

Cleo Stead studied English Literature with Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia from 2012 to 2015.
