Herman Young

Herman Young is an experienced professional in information security, currently serving as the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Investec since December 2008. Prior roles include Information Security Consultant positions at IBM and MTN, and a Product Manager and Senior Information Security Analyst role at Orange Cyberdefense. Additionally, Herman worked at the South African Revenue Service as an Information Security Manager and IT System Administrator. Ongoing education includes participation in the Executive Program at Singularity University and a degree in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption from INSEAD, along with multiple leadership development programs at Investec.
