Leanne Falconer

Leanne Falconer has extensive experience in various roles within human resources and instructional design, currently holding the position of E-Learning Instructional Designer and Developer at Investec since December 2008, alongside serving as an HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at UCS Solutions and holding multiple positions at Mercedes Benz South Africa, where Leanne Falconer served as a Recruitment Specialist and Competence Development Specialist. Earlier roles include Industrial Psychologist at Omnicor and an internship at Arthur Andersen. Leanne Falconer earned a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1996 and 2000.
