Eugenia Suslova's work experience began in 2019 at Motorsport Network, where they held the role of Technical and Customer Support Specialist until October 2020. Eugenia then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they focused on providing thought leadership, enhancing consumer experiences, and leveraging technology and data tools for continuous improvement. In September 2021, Eugenia joined InvestEngine as an HR Manager.
Eugenia Suslova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Ural State University named after A.M.Gorky. Eugenia attended the university from 2015 to 2019.
