Patrícia Costa has extensive experience in marketing and digital media, currently serving as Directora de Marketing at RE/MAX Portugal since January 2008, where responsibilities include coordinating and strategizing marketing communications across various initiatives. Patrícia has worked with the creative team to implement marketing, media, and branding strategies aimed at franchise sales and agent recruitment. Prior roles include IT & Social Media at MELOM Obras, Graphic Designer at Hummer Portugal, and Web Designer at West Icon, among others. Educational achievements include degrees in Neuromarketing and Intraentrepreneurship, along with advanced training in recruitment techniques. Patrícia is furthering leadership skills through a program at AESE Business School.
