Charlie I.

Charlie I. has a diverse work experience ranging from venture capital to manufacturing. Charlie started their career in 2005 at Precision Castparts, where they held roles as a Production and Quality Control Engineer and later as an Operation and Manufacturing Manager. During their time at Precision Castparts, they implemented various strategies and tools to improve production quality and labor productivity.

In 2013, Charlie I. joined Red Dot Ventures Pte Ltd as an Investment Associate and worked their way up to become an Investment Director. Charlie managed the investment portfolio, participated in TV shows and accelerator programs as a mentor, and served as a member of investment committees.
