Anton Steyl

Anton Steyl has an extensive work experience history. Anton started their career in 2009 as a Private Tutor at TeachMe2 and then interned at KPMG Chicago in 2011. Anton later joined KPMG South Africa in 2013 as an Audit Supervisor, where they gained experience in project management, client management, and team management. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG US, taking ownership of engagements and demonstrating project management skills. In 2016, they became a Finance Manager at Chemical Process Technologies, where they implemented various process improvements and a smart inventory labeling system. During their time there, they also served as the Financial Director and worked on interesting projects. In 2018, they co-founded Investicore Properties and in 2019, they joined Investicore as Business Development. Currently, Anton holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Investicore.

Anton Steyl obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting, Tax, Auditing, and Finance from The University of Johannesburg. Anton completed their undergraduate education from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, Anton obtained a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) from the same institution, further specializing in the field of Accounting, Tax, Auditing, and Finance.

Anton also holds several additional certifications. In May 2016, they became a Chartered Accountant South Africa (CA(SA)) through the SAICA CA(SA) institution. Anton is also a Registered Tax Practitioner, having obtained this certification from the South African Revenue Service (SARS) in July 2021. Additionally, Anton holds the title of Commissioner of Oaths, which they received from SAICA CA(SA).
