Anna M. Lopez

Anna M. Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Anna M. currently serves as the Director of Partnerships at Investigative Reporters and Editors. Prior to this role, they were the Program Director for Constituency Group Programs at the National League of Cities from 2015 to 2019. From 2011 to 2015, Anna was the Executive Director of NAHJ (National Association of Hispanic Journalists). Anna M. also held the position of Executive Director of UNITY: Journalists of Color from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they have experience in corporate diversity as the Executive Director at the American Red Cross from 2009 to 2011. Anna has a background in journalism, having worked as a Newsaide at The Washington Post from 1991 to 1995.
