Ian Tittley

Ian Tittley is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the Tech and Digital sectors. Currently serving as Regional Principal at Investigo since March 2024, Ian leads recruitment efforts across various locations. Prior to this role, Ian was Head of Recruitment for Big Red On-Demand at Big Red Recruitment from June 2023 to March 2024, and Director of Talent at althaus from January to June 2023. Ian's earlier career includes significant roles at Crimson, where Ian transitioned from IT Recruitment Consultant to Head of Permanent Recruitment, enhancing recruitment strategies for diverse industries and managing teams. Ian began the professional journey as a Consultant at Aspire, and also held the position of Midlands Cluster Human Resource Officer at QHotels. Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Liverpool, earned between 2010 and 2013.
