Before this, Lisa worked as Head of Marketing at Investigo, a leading recruitment agency, where they played a key role in hiring outstanding talent. Lisa also served as Head of Marketing at Definia, where they delivered tailored services to transform businesses across various industries. Additionally, Lisa has experience as a Marketing Manager at Blue Skies and held marketing roles at Venesta, RS Building Products and Amwell Systems. Lisa took a career break to travel and gain a new perspective on different cultures. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage campaigns and budgets effectively.

Lisa Holberton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Hull from 2004 to 2007.
