Richard Grove

Richard Grove is an experienced manager in the HR recruitment sector, currently heading the Public Sector and Not-For-Profit HR practice at Investigo since July 2019. Prior to this, Richard served as a Senior Consultant at Pro-Recruitment Group, where Richard led the launch of the Pro-HR division and established key client relationships. Richard's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Badenoch & Clark, specializing in the placement of HR professionals within the public sector. Richard's expertise encompasses various HR domains, including Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Recruitment. Education was completed at Caterham High School from 2001 to 2006.
