Natasha Evagelia

Natasha Evagelia is a seasoned professional in transaction management and structuring, currently serving as Vice President at Investindustrial since September 2025. Previously, Natasha held the position of Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from April 2019 to September 2025, and worked as a Legal Secondee at Tesco for a brief period in 2019. Natasha began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where experience included Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Dispute Resolution. Educational achievements include a First Class Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chinese from SOAS University of London and completion of the Accelerated Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Natasha's linguistic skills are further enhanced by extensive studies in Chinese at various institutes, including Beijing Normal University and Beijing Language and Culture University.
