Hailey Richardson, MBA

Hailey Richardson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hailey currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Campbell Business Development Partners, a role they assumed in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at the same company from September 2019 to February 2022.

In 2015, Hailey founded their own accounting and bookkeeping firm, H. Richardson Accounting & Bookkeeping, where they serve as the Chief Executive Officer. Hailey also worked as the Director of Finance at InvestiQuant, Inc. during the same year.

Hailey's experience in finance also includes a role as a Financial Controller at USCCM from July 2020 to November 2022. Additionally, they worked as an Accountant at Glasson Tool & Supply Co from February 2018 to November 2019.

Earlier in their career, Hailey held various positions at Baseball America, starting as an Accounting Manager from April 2011 to September 2017 before being promoted to Director of Operations from September 2017 to February 2018.
