Domenico Bilotta has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Domenico has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.
Starting in 1988, Bilotta worked as a Financial Consultant for FINRETE SPA (Gruppo Banco Napoli) until 1990. Domenico then joined the Guardia di Finanza as a Complement Officer in operational and education departments from 1990 to 1991.
In 1991, Bilotta joined Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 1995. During this period, they were involved in corporate reorganizations in the real estate sector.
From 1995 to 1998, Bilotta worked at INA ASSITALIA SPA as a Senior Project Manager, where they played a key role in the corporate reorganization that led to the demerger and listing of Unim S.p.A, the first property company listed on the Italian market.
In 1998, Bilotta joined UNIM S.p.A. as the Head of IT & Organization, a real estate property company that was spun-off from INA S.p.A. Domenico held this position until 2000.
Bilotta then joined Pirelli Real Estate Property Management in 2000 as the Head of Operations. Domenico was responsible for the operational management of real estate portfolios and the integration of acquired companies. Domenico implemented an innovative information system for managing complex real estate portfolios.
In 2003, Bilotta joined Pirelli & C. Real Estate as the Senior Fund Manager and later became the Executive Director of Asset Management & Services Italy in 2006. Domenico was responsible for coordinating product and service chains and overseeing investee companies within the Pirelli Real Estate Group until 2009.
Bilotta's most recent role was at Investire SGR, where they served as the General Manager from 2009 to 2015 and later became the Managing Director.
Throughout their career, Bilotta has demonstrated a strong background in real estate management and finance. Domenico has successfully led teams and implemented innovative systems to optimize operations and maximize returns.
Domenico Bilotta attended Sapienza Università di Roma from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Management & Business Administration with a focus on Economics.
