Federico Velluti

Federico Velluti has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Federico started their career at Fabrica Immobiliare SGR S.p.A., where they worked in fund management from January 2013 to February 2015. After that, they joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Fund Manager from March 2015 to July 2016. Currently, they are employed at InvestiRE SGR as Head of Hospitality and Alternative Markets since April 2021, where they also worked in fund management from July 2016 until the present.

Federico Velluti completed their Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Luiss Business School from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Laurea magistrale in Architettura from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2005 and 2012. Federico completed their secondary education at Liceo Classico Orazio from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained the certification for Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di Architetto in 2013 and the certification for Coordinatore per la Sicurezza nei Cantieri D.Lgs. 81/08 in 2011 from Università degli studi di Roma “La Sapienza”, Dipartimento di Architettura e Progetto (DiAP).
