Melissa Davis

In her role as Managing Director, Melissa manages all functions in New York delivering on Investis Digital’s Connected Content™ approach to solving client challenges. Melissa is also responsible for leading and cultivating talent for the office. Her passion for client service and exceptional delivery standards drives Melissa to make sure every client has a personalized experience and feels well cared for.

Melissa relocated from Cleveland, Ohio, in 2014 to become the first head of the company’s New York client service team. She built the team from the ground up to support the company’s rapidly growing client portfolio. In 2016, she transitioned from head of client service to lead the delivery team while herself managing programs of work for some of New York's elite clients.

Melissa earned an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business in 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience in client service and digital communications. Now that her rigorous MBA studies are complete, Melissa enjoys using her spare time to practice yoga, travel and learn to ski.
