Christopher Reed is an experienced professional in the fields of operations and program management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Investment Agriculture Foundation of BC since August 2008. Throughout tenure, Christopher has held multiple leadership roles, focusing on the development and oversight of strategic priorities and the establishment of KPI frameworks. Previous roles include Manager of Program Performance and Systems Analysis, where responsibilities included identifying business goals and creating operational systems, and Program Analyst, with a focus on performance evaluation and compliance review. Earlier experience includes work as a Virology Technician at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, specializing in molecular diagnostics and viral identification, and as a Research Associate at Stressgen Biotechnologies. Christopher holds a Master of Science degree in Developmental Biology and Embryology from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Vancouver Island University.
