Aditya Sihmar

Aditya Sihmar is a highly experienced procurement and operations professional currently serving as the Director of Strategic Procurement at the Investment and Development Office (IDO) in Ras Al Khaimah since November 2021. Prior to this role, Aditya was a Strategic Advisor in Procurement at McKinsey & Company from October 2010 to December 2020, where significant contributions included leading cross-functional initiatives that achieved margin improvements, enhancing P2P processes, and developing high-performance teams. Aditya also has experience as a Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where project management and process improvement initiatives were led.
