Jason Lipping began their work experience in 2003 at Mercer Canada as a Consulting Actuary. After working there for 14 years, they transitioned to Mercer Global Investments in 2017, where they took on the role of Investment Strategist. In 2021, Jason joined the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) as the Director of Portfolio Construction.
Jason Lipping obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto in the years 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute in 2022, the Alternative Investment Analyst Charter (CAIA Charter) from the CAIA Association in 2020, and holds other designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
