Prior to this, from 2011 to 2020, they worked at CIBC Mellon, where they held various positions including Chief Client Officer, Vice President of Relationship Management, and Vice President of Global Securities Lending. Jeffrey's career began at CIBC Mellon in 1998 as an Associate Relationship Manager.
