Jeffrey Alexander

Jeffrey Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Vice President, Investment Operations at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) starting from June 2021. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2020, they worked at CIBC Mellon, where they held various positions including Chief Client Officer, Vice President of Relationship Management, and Vice President of Global Securities Lending. At CIBC Mellon, they were responsible for building and strengthening asset servicing relationships with Canadian institutional investors, developing securities finance solutions, and executing capital markets strategies. Before joining CIBC Mellon, Jeffrey served as a Council member at the Red Cross from 2008 to 2011. Jeffrey also worked as a Director of Business Development at CIBC Mellon GSS from 2001 to 2010, where they collaborated with senior management at leading investment and pension fund organizations and presented strategic client proposals. Jeffrey's career began at CIBC Mellon in 1998 as an Associate Relationship Manager.

Jeffrey Alexander completed an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance/Economics at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2008 to 2011.
