Max Rabkin is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as Associate Portfolio Manager for Global Credit at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario since January 2024, specializing in private credit and capital solutions. Previously, Max held the position of Director in Private Equity & Sponsor Finance at BMO from January 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included the origination, structuring, and underwriting of leveraged buyout transactions and restructuring complex credits. Earlier roles at BMO included Senior Associate and Associate in Leverage Finance and Private Equity & Sponsor Finance. Max also gained experience as a Summer Associate at BMO Capital Partners and as an Analyst at Raymond James and Baskin Wealth Management. Max holds an MBA in Investment Banking from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance from Dalhousie University.
