Nadine Baziuk

Nadine Baziuk currently serves as the Manager of Employee Experience at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nadine held the position of Employee Experience and Insights Specialist at Deloitte and worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at First Capital REIT. With a solid foundation in human resources, Nadine's experience includes serving as a Senior HR Consulting Analyst focusing on organizational effectiveness at McLean & Company and supporting community and volunteer programs at The Hospital for Sick Children. Earlier roles at the hospital included Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Associate, where recruitment efforts for students and volunteers were managed. Nadine began their career in the City of Toronto, where responsibilities included supervising lifeguard teams and instructing swimming lessons. Educational achievements include a Change Management Certificate from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
